2 Scoops vanilla shake, 250ml soy milk, coconut essence, 1 stick of pineapple. 3 Ice cubes, Blend and enjoy.
2 Spoons Vanilla/Tropical Shake, 1 Spoon Protein Powder, 2 Watermelon chunks, 1 slice Sweet Melon, 1 Cap of Mango Aloe, 250 ml Soy milk, 3 Ice cubes, Blend and enjoy
2 Spoons Vanilla/Chocolate Shake, 1 Spoon Protein Powder, 1 Tsp. Instant Coffee, ½ Banana (not while on the challenge), 250 ml Soy milk, 3 Ice cubes. Blend and enjoy.
2 Spoons Vanilla/Strawberry Shake, 1 Spoon Protein Powder 1 Cup Strawberries, ½ Grapefruit, 250 ml Soy milk, 3 Ice cubes. Blend and enjoy.
2 Scoops of Vanilla/Tropical shake
1 Scoop of protein powder, 1/2 of Coconut Milk OR coconut essence, 1/2 Crushed Pineapple, 1/2 Medium Paw-Paw, 3 Ice blocks. Blend together and enjoy!
2 Tablespoons Tropical Fruit Protein Powder, 1 Teaspoon Personalised Protein Powder, 1 Handful frozen Gooseberries, Handful of ice, Splash of vanilla essence, A sprinkle of cinnamon. Blend altogether and serve ice cold.
½ cup of oats (125ml), 250ml soy milk, 2 tablespoons chocolate shake. Warm the oats and soy milk on the stove. Simmer till cooked. When cooked stir in the chocolate shake. Serve. Please don’t have this more than once a week.
Add 2 scoops of chocolate shake to 250ml soy milk. Warm on the stove (but don’t boil). Serve warm.
